Josh Harder (D) is the current representative from California's 9th congressional district, first elected to CA-10 in 2018, prior to the 2022 redistricting.
Josh is a fifth-generation resident of California's Central Valley. Born in Turlock, he pursued higher education at Stanford and Harvard before working in business, focusing on entrepreneurship and venture capital. Harder ran for Congress to tackle the challenges facing his community, including economic disparities and healthcare access.
